
Coaching
Our innovative and unique cognitive-behavioural group coaching programme is run by professional, certified life coaches. Our sessions can be tailored to any group or individual, resulting in improved clarity, confidence and wellbeing.
We offer group and individual coaching sessions to anyone who would like to gain more clarity about their goals and personal path, and/or struggles with lack of self-confidence, fear of failure and negative self-beliefs.
Our coaching follows a cognitive-behavioural approach and has the objective to help our clients (re-) connect to their inner strength and purpose, improve their wellbeing and take positive action towards achieving their goals. We use an array of methods including active listening and mindfulness techniques, our own cognitive-behavioural coaching tools, creative and reflective exercises, fairy tales, vision boarding, teaching basic concepts of psychology and neuroscience, self-coaching tools, and much more.​

For unemployed people, we offer regular 8-week group coaching courses, complemented by in-depth 1:1 coaching, free of charge. We can also deliver custom group and individual coaching packages, tailored to the demand and needs of a variety of workplaces and participants. As we are passionate about our social impact, we continually evaluate and assess the success of our coaching programme using scientific methods. Initial evaluation results show an improvement in confidence, wellbeing and reduced fear of failure, as well as a reported general positive change in the lives of our coaching clients, following their participation.
